January 15 - Healthy Eating Made Easy
Do you wish there were a simple way to make better nutrition choices? You know nutrition matters, but sometimes you just don’t know what to focus on or where to start. In this interactive class, participants will learn not just what to eat but why and begin to sort out the “crap” from what is truly nourishing. By the end, they’ll feel more confident about what to choose at the grocery store and have a next step to focus on. No fancy diets required.
