Library Branch: Yorkville Public Library Room: Offsite Age Group: Adults 18+, Seniors Program Type: Book Clubs, Health & Wellness Required The Roaming Readers Walking Club is a group of book lovers who just love to get out in the fresh air, get some exercise, spend some time with nature, and chat about books with like-minded folks. The group does not read a book each month like a typical book club, instead, they just share what they've been reading and what they like while taking a leisurely stroll through the woods at Hoover Forest Preserve. We meet at Hoover Forest Preserve (11285 W Fox Rd, Yorkville) in the first parking lot (closest to Fox Rd - before you cross the railroad tracks) and walk from there. Weather permitting. Check with the library the day before if there is rain or excessive ice.

Our Yoga instructor takes us through simple yoga routines that will help reduce stress, improve flexibility, increase strength, and help with focus and mindfulness. Sessions are 45 minutes long.
